TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPECIAL MENUS
We offer several function packages from which to choose. We would be happy, however, to accommodate your special menu needs, whether for creative or dietary reasons.
DECORATIONS
We use white linen table cloths. Napkin color is your choice. We have centerpieces on the tables. However, you are welcome to bring your own centerpieces. Decorations are subject to approval. The use of nails, tape, staples, tacks, etc., on any wall, ceiling, or fixture is prohibited. Shower umbrellas, confetti, and sparklers are
prohibited.
DEPOSIT AND TERMS
The room charge is $50. There is no set-up fee for the bar. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of the booking. Cash, check or credit cards are acceptable. The deposit will be credited to your final bill. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the function. Cash, certified check or credit cards are acceptable.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
5% Massachusetts meal tax and 18% gratuity will be added to all functions unless menu package states otherwise.
GUARANTEES
The Olde Irish Alehouse must be notified of the exact number of guests no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled function. This will be the minimum amount for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. Menu selections are due no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled function.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
The Olde Irish Alehosue does not allow food to be brought into the facility with the exception of cakes for special events. Due to health and liability issues, The Olde Irish Alehouse does not permit the taking of any leftover food from the functions.
